These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sorrem and any related services provided by Sorrem ("we", "our", or "us"). By using Sorrem, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Sorrem lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass access controls or authentication systems.
• Interfere with the security, stability, or operation of the service.
• Upload or transmit content that violates the rights of others.

Accounts and Discord sign-in

Access to certain features may require authentication through Discord. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Closed alpha testing

Closed alpha access is limited to invited testers who satisfy the configured Discord role requirements. Joining the Discord community or registering interest does not guarantee access.

Alpha accounts and progression are disposable test data. We may reset or wipe alpha accounts and progression during testing, and we will announce resets when practical. Alpha rewards and progression do not represent guaranteed persistent player value.

Intellectual property

Sorrem content, art, code, design, and other materials are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse our content outside of normal use of the service unless we grant permission.

Limitation of liability

Sorrem is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sorrem.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sorrem after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sorrem if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users.
